Terms and Conditions of the 1xcassino – Rules and Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 1xcassino — available on 1xcassino.best and on our iOS and Android app — you expressly and irrevocably declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Program of the 1xcassino.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User" or "Player") and the 1xcassino. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use the platform's services. Continued use after updates to these Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at the 1xcassino and use any of its services — Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other mode — the User must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete as of the registration date;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal;

• Not have a previously closed or suspended account with the 1xcassino for Terms violation;

Each User may hold only a single account on 1xcassino. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same details or different information to circumvent restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent blocking of all linked accounts and the cancellation of any balances and bonuses.

The 1xcassino reserves the right to request identity verification documents (selfie with ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership) at any time, especially before processing the first withdrawal. Failure to submit the required documents within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Payments

The 1xcassino accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods available on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include:

• The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted;
• Pix deposits are credited within 30 seconds of payment confirmation by the banking system;
• Boleto Bancário payments may take up to 2 business days to clear, in line with Brazilian banking system policy;
• The 1xcassino does not charge fees on deposits, but the User may be subject to fees charged by their financial institution;
• Deposits made with funds of illicit origin will be blocked, and the relevant authorities will be notified in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9,613/1998).

4. Withdrawals

The 1xcassino processes withdrawals exclusively to the same payment method and account holder used in the most recent deposit, except in specific cases reviewed by the compliance team. The general withdrawal rules are:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00;
• The first withdrawal requires completion of the identity verification process (KYC), including submission of a photo ID and a selfie;
• Pix withdrawals for verified accounts are processed in up to 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Gold VIP Program members and above have their withdrawals processed with priority in the queue — Diamond members have a processing target of up to 30 minutes;
• The 1xcassino reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 for regulatory compliance reasons;
• Bonus balances not converted into real funds (incomplete rollover) cannot be withdrawn;

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The 1xcassino regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each offer has its own specific Terms and Conditions, available on each promotion's page. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are granted to a single user per IP address, device, CPF, email address, payment method, and residence — abusing multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses will result in the cancellation of all balances and bonuses;
• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (also called minimum wagering) that must be met before any withdrawal of funds originating from that bonus;
• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 5,000.00 requires a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 and has a rollover requirement and expiration date specified on the bonus page;
• Bets placed at odds below 1,50 on sports generally do not count toward bonus rollover requirements, unless stated otherwise on the promotion page;
• The VIP Program cashback has a rollover of just 1x and is credited every Monday based on net losses from the previous week;
• The 1xcassino reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice published on the platform;
• Expired bonuses that have not been used within their validity period will be automatically removed from the account with no compensation.

6. Sports Betting

The sports betting service of the 1xcassino covers more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, State Championships, and international leagues), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, e-sports, tennis, Formula 1, and many more. The specific conditions for sports betting are:

• Bets are accepted only while the market is open — the 1xcassino is not responsible for communication failures that prevent bets from being registered in time;
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• Live bets are subject to technical delays inherent to live streams — the 1xcassino reserves the right to void live bets placed after the event that determined the market outcome, even if the live stream does not reflect the result in real time;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement, bets on the match result will be refunded to the User's balance; bets on markets that were already determined before the cancellation may be upheld at the operator's discretion;
• The 1xcassino reserves the right to cap the maximum bet amount on specific markets, especially on events with a high volume of one-sided betting;
• Bets placed on odds that contain a manifest error (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human mistake) may be voided by the 1xcassino, with the wagered amount refunded to the User;
• The use of any automated system, bot, or software to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

7. Casino & Games

12. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
